1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the xc99 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). Some key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• Any attempt to earn bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on active participation and gaming activity on the platform. xc99 reserves the right to change VIP program benefits, tier criteria, and cashback rates at any time.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the User

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any real money balance in the account should be withdrawn before making the request. The option to self-restrict an account for a set period or permanently is also available as part of responsible gaming.

7.2 Closure by xc99

xc99 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these terms.
• On suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• In the event of operating multiple accounts.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If the account holder is found to be underage.
